Frequently asked questions
Answers about buying packages, how our services work, and the white label partner program.
Buying and checkout
Can I buy a single service instead of a bundle?
Yes. Every service inside a bundle is also sold on its own. Bundles exist because some services work better together, like SEO with content, or a new website with a care plan.
What happens after I check out?
You’ll get a welcome email with a kickoff call link and a short intake form. Work starts the same week.
Can I build my own bundle?
Yes. The bundle builder lets you pick a core service, stack more services, and add paid ads or extras, then add the whole bundle to your cart.
Can I change my package later?
Yes. You can add services or move to a larger bundle as your needs change. Talk to your strategist and we’ll adjust your plan.
Services
What is GEO?
GEO stands for generative engine optimization. It’s the work of getting your business mentioned and cited in answers from AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. It builds on SEO, so most of our packages include both.
Do I need a new website before starting SEO?
Not always. We audit your current site at kickoff. If it’s holding your rankings back, we’ll tell you and show you the fix, whether that’s a repair or a rebuild.
How do paid ad add-ons work?
Add-ons attach to any package. They cover campaign setup and ongoing management. Your ad spend is paid directly to the platform, separate from our management fee.
What do monthly reports include?
Rankings, AI citations, traffic, leads, and ad results for the services you buy, explained in plain language with next steps.
White label
How does white label work?
Agency partners buy any package at partner pricing and resell it under their own brand. Reports and deliverables carry your logo and colors. We stay behind the scenes and never contact your clients unless you ask us to.
Who can become a partner?
Agencies, consultants, and freelancers who want to offer search, social, web, PR, or ads services to their own clients.
Can I see the work before my client does?
Yes. Every deliverable goes to you first for review, so you control what your client sees and when.
